Due to a strong diversified local economy, retail activity continues to expand in Tyler providing its residents and visitors a growing choice of quality of life amenities.

Often considered a magnet for most communities, Broadway Square Mall is just one of several concentrated retail centers in Tyler. The mall contains 90 stores and is over 650,000 square feet. Current mall anchors are Dillard's, Sears, and JC Penney.
