Optimum Opens Second Store in Tyler, Texas

Optimum, the local provider of internet, mobile, TV and phone services, today announces the opening of its second retail store in Tyler, Texas located at 1847 Troup Highway in the Green Acres Shopping Center.

The new state-of-the-art retail store offers a modern and interactive in-store experience where customers can explore the complete line of Optimum connectivity offerings, including Internet, Smart WiFi 6, Mobile, TV and home phone services. Customers who visit the store can also register for service, shop the latest mobile devices and accessories, pay bills, and receive assistance from a retail associate.

To celebrate the store opening, Optimum recently hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce and other local guests.

“We are excited to open a brand-new Optimum store in Tyler where customers can explore our advanced suite of products and services, including Optimum Internet and Optimum Mobile, and receive expert support and guidance from our retail teams,” said Jonah Pollack, Vice President of Retail Sales at Optimum. “We look forward to providing an elevated in-store experience while helping more residents and businesses with their connectivity needs at our new retail location.”

Commitment to Tyler

The new Optimum retail store underscores the company’s ongoing commitment to Tyler, which includes plans to invest millions of dollars to build out a 100% Fiber Internet network in the city. The company is on track to begin its Optimum Fiber network build this year so it can begin delivering fiber internet services to residents and businesses in the region.
